A lagoon-side cafe in Jabor, Jaluit Atoll, serves coffee and offers a place to sit. In places with high population densities, people build into the lagoon, using sea walls to protect against the waves. In the face of increasing tropical storms and sea level rise, these sea walls prove ineffective.
