Sanuki Udon -- Shikoku's Japanese Noodles 51 images Created 9 Mar 2015
Sanuki - the old name for the Japanese region now know as Kagawa - is famous for its udon noodles. In 2014 I travelled to Shikoku to eat noodles, and photograph them.
