I was born in Australia, and the dramatic and extreme landscapes of Australia captivate my imagination. This gallery of photographs is dedicated to capturing the often harsh beauty of the Australian landscape. Wildlife photography captivates me. I am always thrilled to be able to capture images of birds and animals in the wild, surrounded by their natural habitat. These are a selection of my images of animals.

Japan is one of my great loves: I first came to this beautiful country as a child, and now find myself returning here over and over. I was raised on stories of the Ontario landscape, with its twisted pines, granite rocks, and lakes where loons call in the resin-scented days and wolves howl beneath the clear skies at night. From romantic meals over haute cuisine to the simple gesture of drinking tea or coffee with a neighbour or friend, from business lunches to family dinners, we feed each other as gestures of respect and love.
