Killarney is a land of pink granite, quartz, and clear lakes, of wildlife and campfire smoke, pine trees and moonrises. We take the canoes and explore the waters, photographing the shorelines in the changing light and listening to birdsong.

Lake Superior is more than just a lake, it is a freshwater ocean with waves and tides and its own northern wildness. I've brushed past its history at the rock paintings at Agawa Bay, and walked its shores at Pukaskwa, where the light comes golden over the granite hills. The landscape is breathtaking, the light magical. I dream of going back again.

In July 2019 I travelled with my family to Qubec, a beautiful province that I've never really visited before. Here are some of my images from the area around Baie-Saint-Paul, Tadoussac, and Sainte-Rose-du-Nord.

I spent my teenage years, mainly, in Meaford, Ontario - a stone's throw from the beautiful Beaver Valley. These are the roads I learned to drive on, the waters I swam in, the woods I explored and the hills I skied with my friends. In a sense, this is my Canada.

The Bruce Peninsula -- the limestone of the Niagara Escarpment separating Georgian Bay from Lake Huron -- has a unique and beautiful landscape. From rolling fields (home to sandhill cranes) to the limestone cliffs and sandy beaches of the national parks, fens and forests, it is a place close to my heart. I love photographing the landscape in all its moods.
